Right after my family, photography is my greatest passion. Combine that with my genuine interest in people and you know why I specialize in event and portrait photography. The challenge to capture the perfect portrait, the response from clients after receiving the photographs and the endless possibilities that allow uniqueness are some other reasons I became addicted to taking “people pictures”.
I believe the purpose of photographs should be to capture personalities, “chemistry” and mood. I also believe that one of the great ways to achieve this is to capture the images in the client’s natural environment. I will come to your home or meet you at your favorite park or hang out place. There are so many great locations around the Twin Cities too. This approach keeps you far from the cookie cutter chain studio portraits with unnatural poses and boring backgrounds. I strive to produce images that both you and I will be proud and excited to show.

I believe in natural products and materials, and strive to use them in every aspect of my business. From printing on recycled paper, to using rechargeable batteries in all of my equipment, I feel it is important to protect the world we live in through responsible practices

In an effort to minimize wasteful production, I utilize the internet as my primary means of marketing and communication with clients. Printed marketing materials are available by request. I use electronic client and contract management to minimize paperwork, and maximize my efficiency.
